Supermarket Proposals for Lower Bristol Road
We are sure that you have read about Tesco and Lidl's bringing forward plans for supermarkets on the lower Bristol Road.

Local Planning applications this week
We have had 2 planning applications that have been registered in the past week to report to you.
The First application is for the erection of a two storey side extension following demolition of existing single storey garage at 93 Ivy Avenue. The application was first registered on 30th of April and has a decision date of 25th June,
The application number is 08/01560/FUL if you want to see the plans for this application then please the link on the application number.
The second application is a listed buildings application for Internal and external alterations at 6 to 8 Charlton Buildings to include opening up of built-up opening between original building and 20th century extension, removal of existing kitchen fittings and installation of temporary staircase for access to existing rear door.
The application was first registered on 16th May 2008 and has a decision date of 11th July 2008. The application number is 08/01554/LBA and you can view the application by following the link on the application number.

The new planning application that we have been expecting for some time now is going to the Bath & North East Somerset Councils Development control committee on Wednesday 14th May.
