Proposal:
Erection of a four storey extension to existing building to be used as offices and provision of additional parking.
The comments I have made are:
I am supporting this application as it fits in with the local area and the design and appearance are not out of Character with the local area.
The applicant has been very good in laying out their plans and as the local area will benefit from the additional employment that is being created I feel that this application should be approved.
It has to be remembered that this is an employment area as set out in the councils local plan and the emerging core strategy.
