Uneven block paving - Loxton Drive
I have reported the uneven/loose block paving in Loxton Drive to Council Connect this morning, hopefully this will be repaired soon.

Tesco Pull out of Bath Press application
Tesco have today withdrawn plans for a redevelopment of the Bath Press site the included a new super store and new office space as well as community space and social Housing.
A planning application was due to be heard by the council Development Control committee on Wednesday this week.
Tesco have said that they are reviewing their plans for the site and will consider putting in another planning application at a later date when they have finished their review.

Don't forget 11th March is Bath Half Marathon
Don't forget that it is the Bath Half Marathon this Sunday and access to the lower Bristol Road will be restricted between 10am and early afternoon as the runners come through.
Buses will also be restricted during these hours along the Lower Bristol Road so any plans that you may have form mid morning to early afternoon if it means traveling along the Lower Bristol run then forget it.
Of course you could join the many of us who will be cheering the runners on and helping swell the coffers for local charities.

Heritage Day in Twerton
A second TWERTON HERITAGE DAY to take place on Saturday, April 7, between 10am and 4pm at Bath City Football Club, Twerton. Admission is free.
The first TWERTON HERITAGE DAY, held on September 25, 2011, was such a success that it's back by public demand and this time incorporating WESTON for a nostalgic look at the BATH BLITZ (70th Anniversary), SINKING OF THE TITANIC (100th Anniversary) and countless aspects of the area's rich industrial heritage, including the railway, crane making, furniture manufacture, the mills of Twerton and Weston, the gasworks, soap makers and river and canal workers, among the many.
Bring along your memories, memorabilia and photographs and meet the people associated with the Museum of Bath At Work, Bath Heritage Watchdog, B&NES Heritage Management and the Mayor himself.
